Office Online server Security Update Package Installation Fails [KB4011022, KB4011023, KB4011024]

Question

Hi,

I have a Office Online Server installed and configured on Windows Server 2012 R2.

I have been trying to install the following KBs but I am getting "The installation of the Package Failed"

1) Security update for Office Online Server: January 18, 2018 (KB4011022)
2) Security update for Office Online Server: March 13, 2018 (KB4011023)
3) February 23, 2018, update for Office Online Server 2016 (KB4011024)

When I check the installed updates, it shows KB4011022 as listed twice. I cannot uninstall it. I am now not able to proceed with any of the updates.

When I run the command Get-OfficeWebAppsFarm on the OOS server I get the message "WARNING: It does not appear that this machine is part of an Office Online Server farm."

I am attaching screenshots for reference.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
