Microsoft Teams is not working on wifi but is working with mobile hotspot. Everything else is working with wifi on laptop smoothly.

I have reset the router. I rebooted my laptop twice. I reinstalled the app. I tried opening the app through google chrome, but it still doesn't work on my home wifi. My wifi is stable and works with all other webistes and apps on both laptop and smartphones. It isn't working on my smartphone too with wifi. I need to use cellular data, which is expensive. I have online classes and it's difficult to do them with microsoft teams not working.
Please help, it's urgent

    I also agree with Manu and vb2ae!

    Please Check if you have an internet connection through your wi-fi. If you have a stable internet connection than check that the firewall doesn't block the required IP ranges.

    Hello @PalomiKurade-1891,

    Clear the Team's cache (Delete all files under the folder %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams) and re-install Teams client in your laptop. Hope the step will help

    Check the windows firewall settings. Maybe teams is not allowed access to the internet on both private and public networks.

    Hi All,

    I am with Belong Provider and I had same issue. Microsoft Teams and One Drives were not working from 16-Jun-2020 (till today) when Belong had an unplanned outage. After lot of followup with belong, they agreed to look into this issue and finally fixed it. 1st belong said check with Microsoft and bla bla but I felt they were just buying time.

    When I connect to any other WiFi, These 2 applications were working on my Mobile Laptop. Seems like Belong firewall was blocked some category knowingly or unblinkingly and they only fixed it.
