VISIO 2019 - how to make work in NT Service (Session 0).

Using VISIO 2019 Automation API in a windows service (Session 0) now faults on opening a diagram. All previous releases of Visio 2016 and before work no issue. I have dumps of the faults but no at MS seems to want to fix this issue. Tried to figure out how to get premier support but it a feed back loop to technical incident with I did open Case #:26058606 but it end with saying to open premier contract. Sound expensive for a problem for something the Office 2019/365 developers should be fixing as Office 2019 does not operate like Office 2016. Office 2019 is defective and needs to be repaired but I cannot find any Office developers to resolve this issue. Maybe someone on this site can help.

    It's a support issue for sure. I have worked with Microsoft Office automation since Office 97 and back 15 years ago it was simpler to get a case opened with the MS Office Developers. I just have not got the right path to them now after 15 years of reorganizations. I'll try the phone approach again and hopefully at some point I'll get to the development group which where this issue can only be resolved. They fixed the issues for Office 2016 but somehow not all fixes got patched into Office 2019 or something new cropped up. So any one with good insight how to properly connect with Office Developer team would be appreciated.
