Adding a Play Store app to Azure AD and SSO

Hello all,

is it possible to add a Play Store app to Azure Active Directory and single sign on?
If yes, is this possible without having to modify the app itself?

Project background:
An android phone is to be used in a supermarket by the staff and execute all tasks on it instead of a thin client. A staff member uses this phone for the work shift and then passes it to the next staff member. In this process the phone should delete all data from the previous staff member. Single Sign On is used to enable staff members to access all needed phone apps with one log in. In my question I refer to those phone apps. I want to know if its possible to add an Android App from the Play Store to provide it to the staff members. Since it is a Play Store App I don't have access to the code to sign it therefore I want to know if I can add an app without modifying it.

    The problem here with "apps" Is that Microsoft does not have any way to certify those "Applications" for now, and certify that the provider is "Secure" and a "Trustable" source, in a major concern. This can lead to, many unexpected scenarios. From there what can be offered as Realistic Help Desk on the forum need to be limited.

    We can't say either there is no relation between the "Apps Store" and a Windows Platform for example, but the current "Software assurance" have limitation and need to be respected. Otherwise and in others words, it can clearly harm your PC or Tablet, Android Device, Phone etc.

    Microsoft have to be strict on that policies because it's more frequent to have Web Apps Designer that can insert keylogger and so on.
