Facing problem to sync Outlook to Gmail

Question

I want to Sync my Outlook.com to Gmail Email to get all emails at one place. I tried to add it but I am getting this errors.

334 VXNlcm5hbWU6 UGFzc3dvcmQ6 Authentication unsuccessful [AM8P190CA0026.EURP190.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM]

Please help regarding this.
N.B: It is not an office 365 account just a free basic outlook.com mail

Make sure the account it signed it with the browser window. Also you have permitted it from your Google Account. Extra Layers of security from your Google Id is barring you to synchronizing it. Try approving it from all platforms and provide OTPs sent on phone for verifications

I noticed that you are having trouble syncing other account configurations in Gmail, is it right?
