Macro Outlook 365 to process emails based on Subject Title to open a link

Dear all,
I'm not a techy person, but I would like to automate the steps below.
1) Recognize the email received in Outlook 365 via the Subject Text, i.e: "Submit Claim-Reminder"
2) Open the link given in the email... or set a specific link to open (see which ever is easier)
(Purpose is to open the link only without further executing anything)
Had tried exploring on the Power Automate but it seems like there isn't any way or flow template to open an URL or browser.
Just wondering if VBA macro script in Outlook is feasible on this.
