VBA userform disappears in Excel 2013 and above

Hi
When I activate some workbook in excel using vba code through a loaded user form, the user form itself disappears i.e; does not remain on top of window. This problem was not seen in Excel 2007 due to MDI windows system that time. How I may overcome this problem in Excel 2013 even if the SDI window is working?
