Storage Replica in Waiting for destination status

Hello,

Colleagues, please help me with the storage replica. I have two VM: one srv 2016 (source) another srv 2019 (destination). Trying to configure storage replica between them.
Test passed successfully, but when trying to configure partnership have an error.

    Hi,
    Based on your description, this issue seems related to storage replica configuration.
    I would suggest that you try restarting storage replica service and verify if both servers acting as primary, check ‘is primary’ parameter in get-srgroup, set right server as primary and restart the storage replica service.

    This is a little bit wired.

    Based on the marked line, now I’m wondering if this issue is related to TCP/IP protocol. Have you tried updating the NIC drivers?
    Also to install and configure the TCP/IP protocol, you can refer to this:
