Microsoft Office 2019 Problem with Persian language typing in S4B

Hello there,
We've got some problems in using MSO 2019 any version with typing Persian language in skype for business IM chats.
It is not right. For Example:
if I wanna wrote:
زندگی زیبا است.
it show:
زیبا زندگی است.

would u plz guide me on that?
we do not have the problem with MSO 2016 and also a exact version of MSO 2019 (2003).

As you know from AlirezaNikyar-8048’s thread which is a similar problem to yours, we successfully reproduce this issue.

I searched in known issue list, but no such problem. We will do more research and any update I will share with you here.

In order to get a more efficient support, we recommend you to open a ticket. The support engineer will collect your backend log file and analyze this problem exactly.

for resolving, we uninstalled office and installed office again, and this is important that you must disable the update after installing immediately.
we had this problem in office 2019 and 2021 versions, and we should disable the update because the office will be updated immediately.
