Have you encountered this issue in the OneDrive client, that you could not sign in this account?
If there is any error code, please provide it or a screeshot to us for further analysis.
I suggest you try to sign this account into OneDrive Online.
It's also recommended to clear credential about OneDrive.
- Exit OneDrive first.
- Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager.
- Click on "Windows Credentials" (on the right).
-Remove the "OneDrive Cached Credential" . - Launch "OneDrive" again to check this issue.
