AzureAD Joined Laptop - Unable to log in with Azure Credentials

Been having an issue logging in with azure credentials from an azure joined device. Device has been confirmed to be joined to our AAD tenant but when logging in with first.last@keyman .com it never authenticates.

Troubleshooting with support via chat for a bit but no luck.
