We have Azure AD installed as well as two instances of ServiceNow, one production and one development. The ServiceNow enterprise application has been installed and configured to provide SSO and Provisioning services to the development ServiceNow instance.

My question is: Is there a way for Azure AD to provide SSO and Provisioning services to two separate ServiceNow instances at the same time? Looking over the app, I don't see a way to add a second ServiceNow configuration. Perhaps the application can be installed twice? Or do I need to wipe the dev system info and configure it for production only?

@ServiceNowsvc-2645 You would need to add multiple instances of Service Now App from Azure AD gallery of applications. Once done, you can separate them with different names for each instances you want to have, like Service Now- test, Service Now- Prod etc.

You cannot add second configuration within the same app. Here is a screenshot from my lab which shows 2 different instances of Service now.
