Hi team,

Hope you can help me here.

We are trying to setup Barracuda Sentinel to Azure, however, the App registration isnt working and we are getting this error "AADSTS650052 The app needs access to a service (https://manage-gcc.office.com') that your organization has not subscribed to or enabled. Contact your IT Admin to review the configuration of your service subscriptions"
LDAP Sync to Azure AD works fine, Barracuda Cloud backup to Office 365 works fine.

Microsoft is not able to help me, and just closed my ticket mentioning that ". Your subscription accesses your complementary support which doesn't cover developer issues" ???

Appreciate any help. Thanks!

    Hi Sikumars-msft,

Thanks so much for your response!

I think is the issue, we dont have Office 365 Management APIs on Enterprise Application.

Although, we do have active Microsoft 365 licenses available, this seems odd. I have logged a MS case regarding this issue and im awaiting their feedback. If you or anyone has anyone has further information that can help, please let me know. Thanks.

    Hello @Daniel ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Its seems App registration that you had created which is trying to access Office 365 Management APIs (https://manage-gcc.office.com) so please make sure "Office 365 Management APIs" is visible in your Azure AD tenant by going to Enterprise application blade as shown below, if you don't find this application then make sure your AAD directory has active O365 license because this service included with O365 license.

    **From Enterprise Application blade: **

Additionally, make sure your app registration has appropriate "Office 365 Management APIs" permission from App Registration blade as shown below also an Office 365 tenant admin must explicitly grant consent to allow your application to access APIs.
    **From App Registrations blade: **

To learn more about Office 365 Management APIs , refer this article : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/office-365-management-api/get-started-with-office-365-management-apis

    Hope this helps
