After MAUI has been released for a bit, I know that Xamarin Forms will eventually no longer be supported and you will need to migrate Forms projects to MAUI but what about Xamarin Native (or whatever the official name for non-Forms Xamarin projects is)? Will they need to be migrated/rebuilt to use MAUI or do they simply need to be moved to .NET 6?

MAUI is not yet released. please confirm this issue in MAUI GitHub. https://github.com/dotnet/maui
Yes... Xamarin.Android and Xamarin.iOS are .NET For Android and .NET For iOS as part of the release of .NET 6.
Additionally, the .NET Maui platform, scheduled for release in Q2 of 2022, is the evolution of Xamarin Forms. Maui is in preview at the moment (Preview 11 as of this date), will offer a Release Candidate in Q1 and GA in Q2.
