Missing Authentication with Azure Active Directory in connected services in Visual Studio

I work for a college university who uses Azure Active directory. My machine runs Windows 10 Education and I have Visual Studio Professional 2019. When I go to Connected Services under any project the Authentication with Azure Active Directory option is missing. I have Access Office 365 Services with Microsoft Graph.

    Please check under Project > Add Connected Service. If you don't see that you can also add the authentication information directly as described in this blog post.
