Why AMD Athlon 200ge processor not supported for Windows 11 ?

Question

I have an AMD Athlon 200ge Processor which is an 64 bit processor clocks at 3.2 GHz, it has TPM 2.0 and supports Secure Boot. It has all the requirements needed for Windows11. Than why this processor excluded for Windows 11 Supported processor list ? If it meets all requirements mentioned than your team should add this processor for Windows 11 supported processor.

Do note that the list of supported CPUs may not yet be final, so more CPUs may be added later on.

My understanding is that AMD Zen 1 Chips meet the security requirements but do not meet the capability requirements from the targetted instruction sets for the Windows 11 Kernel.

Windows 11 is designed to utilize as much of the processor innovation made in the last decade as possible and during testing, Microsoft found that Zen 1 Chips were up to 4 times less stable with the Windows 11 Kernel than Zen 1+ Chips as certain instruction sets were not as mature in their implementation and as such Microsoft made the decision for both older Intel and AMD CPU's to limit them to generations where the instruction sets were more stable.
