Unable to create a VM scale set due to below error, and also tried in different regions

Failed to update autoscale configuration for 'EastUs-Scale-Set'. {"error":{"code":"MissingSubscriptionRegistration","message":"The subscription is not registered to use namespace 'microsoft.insights'.     Hello @Vinod-4040,

    You can follow the steps and try again creating the VM Scales-set

    1. Navigate to the Azure Portal
    2. Under All Services, select Subscriptions
    3. Select the subscription you are using
    4. On the left menu, under Settings, select Resource Providers
    5. Find the provider you need (Microsoft.insights) and click Register
