I'm on KDE Plasma 5.19 (Latest version as of this post) and using the latest Teams from the AUR (1.3.00.16851-1). When the "On close, keep the application running" option is enabled, Teams will remain active in the switcher (though not the taskbar), which is super annoying. Additionally, notifications doesn't seem to show up on KDE. Please test your software, Microsoft.

    Hi Ray!

Does this issue persist all the time?

Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

What is the version of your Teams client?

In this case, we recommend you try to run the following command to remove cache folder, then test to see if it can be fixed.
    rm -r ~/.config/Microsoft/Microsoft\ Teams\ -\ Insiders

Also, you can try to install Teams insider to see if this issue still persist.
