postgres sql server not visible on azure portal under RG, but able to connect locally

Unable to view postgresql server on azure portal, able to connect it locally but its not visible under my Resource Group, Can't find it in my current subscription. Its costing us a lot and we wish to delete the unused postgresql Server.

Hi @Shivangi Devgun , just wanted to follow up on this if you are still facing the issue. You can provide me the region where this resource lies and I can try creating one in same region and check.

It was created under region - Asia Pacific Southeast
Name - Azure Database forPostgreSQL
Type - FlexibleServer Burstable BSSeries Compute
Resource size - b1ms

Hi @Shivangi Devgun , thanks for your patience. I tried creating the Azure PostgreSQL Database and was able to locate it properly under resource group. Also I was able to access it through PowerShell commands.

it would be very difficult to remotely check this. Could you please raise a support ticket on this and an engineer from MS can connect with you and check directly what is the root cause behind it?

There should be some intermittent issue with the portal. Try to see it in another browser or private mode.

Else, try to list resources using PowerShell and delete unwanted one.

Tried with different browsers and private window too but still cannot view the resource. Also while deleting the resource for respective subscription it shows resource doesn't exists in powershell.
