Our server was attacked with ransomware, and also the client workstations. I was able to stop the ransomware on all computers. The server was restored from a backup and is working. The problem is the launchpad will not start on any of the workstations. So we can't restore them from the backups. Some of the connector files were destroyed by the ransomware. We can not reinstall the connector software on the workstations without uninstalling it first. We can not uninstall the connector software as some files are missing. How can I remove the connector software so I can reinstall it to gain access to the backups?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

can you enter msinfo32 in command prompt on SBS and look the os name?
If you can not uninstall connector ,you can restore your client system by usb key.like the picture.
If you finish restore your client system , you will need to check windows update and install update patch.
