Windows Store wont open Windows 10

I have a new (Feb 2020) Microsoft Surface 3 Laptop. I am using it as a work laptop and signing in to my work Exchange account.

I have an Office 365 Business Premium subscription to get the Exchange service.

I'm not sure where things went wrong but now Microsoft Store wont open. I click on icon and the Windows Store splash window opens, the loading circle spins a couple of times, then it closes.

I have tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps to fix it that I could find:

wsreset.exe

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:C:\RepairSource\Windows /LimitAccess

sfc /scannow

(and other DISM commands)

I also deleted the Local Cache:

C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache

I then ran:

Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

and got the following errors:

I Repaired and Reset the Your Phone app and then again ran and got only 4 error messages:

From there I tried to find those services to close them but couldn't see them in the Task Manager.

Any suggestions? I'd rather not do a Windows Reset since the Microsoft Store is the only thing not working.

    3.we can enter below command in powershell(open as admin) on issue window10 and get packagefullname of windowstore
    get-appxpackage "windowstore"
    we can enter below command in powershell(open as admin) on issue window10 to register windows store app again for your issue account.
    Add-AppxPackage -register "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\PackageFullName\appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode

    4.when the problem persist , if we run windows store apps in troubleshoot like picture ,will the same issue happen ?
