My Azure Subscription was disabled

I just created my Azure subscription for machine learning. Just do some tasks provided in the Microsoft Learn path then my account got disabled. Tried to make a request about it but it only said that they cannot verify my account information. Is there anyway I can get my subscription re-enabled. Have sent several requests but received the same answer

    When it comes to reactivating your subscription, I'd follow our Reactivate a disabled Azure subscription documentation for more info. Additionally, if you're still having issues, I'd recommend creating a Subscription Management support request, so you can work with our subscriptions team to get this issue resolved.
