If there is another Global Administrator in the tenant, he can disable MFA for your account by using below command:
Set-MsolUser -UserPrincipalName user@domain.name -StrongAuthenticationMethods @()
If you are using conditional access policy to trigger MFA, other Global Admin can exclude your account from the policy.
If you are the only Global Admin in the tenant, you will need to open a support ticket and provide evidence of your ownership on the tenant to the Data Protection team, who can unblock you.
