Xamarin.Forms || Could not load the framework 'IBFoundation'

I am using XCode 13 Beta 3 build 13A5192j on macOS Monterey (Version 12.0 Beta 21A5284e) with Visual Studio 2020 Preview.
When ever I am trying to run the Xamarin-Form application on real device, I am getting below error, but I am able to create archive :
Could not load the framework 'IBFoundation' (path: /Applications/XCode-beta.app/Contents/Frameworks/IBFoundation.framework/IBFoundation): not found.
I tried with visual studio 2019 (stable Version) and Xcode 12.* (stable version) but getting some connectivity error

VS 2019 - 16.9.3
Xcode - 12.4
Xamarin.iOS - 14.14.2.5And for physical devices make sure Hot Restart is not enabled in Tools > Options > Xamarin > iOS settings

2021-07-26T13:39:58.037+00:00 Deleted the Beta version of XCode and it started working with some weird behavior :
- It is unable to resolve the Dependency. When I am calling the platform dependent code using interface as Xamarin.Forms.Dependancy.Get<InterfaceName>(); then it is returning null. I explored a lot and implementation is correct.
- When I am using Dependency as Dependency.Register<Interface,Class> then it is throwing error class doesn't have default constructor.
- When I set Linking Behavior to None in iOS project then it is running on Simulator but not on real Device, it gives error cannot AOT assembly
- When I set Linking Behavior to All then it is working on Real Device but not on Simulators.
So I am running it using Linking Behavior "All" on Real Device.

2021-07-27T09:06:57.183+00:00 Which version of XCode do you use now? DependencyService will not worked in android and iOS? If you changed version of XCode, please try to delete the bin and obj folders, then rebuild your project.

I have deleted obj, bin folder for PCL, iOS and Android projects and then also it is behaving weird -
