Missing Web templates on VS 2019

I dont have templeates for developing a web API! The template in the image is missing 116481-missing-template.png

    Can you please make sure whether you have ASP.NET and web development workload installed?

    To check that, you can run Visual Studio 2019 Installer, and select Modify.

    If you have it installed, in the new Project Wizard, search for Web API.

    Please make sure you have installed ASP.NET and web development workload.116626-image.png

    If you have installed this workload but cannot find the web api template, please do a repair.
