Help correcting billing on free Azure Account

Question

I signed up for a free account and created a virtual windows machine of the type that is supposed to be free for the first year. I received a charge $83.37 for my Azure account, and when I went to check on my dashboard, I found that it can't even find my subscription. How do I resolve this error?

Create an Azure support request. All Azure customers have access to billing and subscription management support.
