Try form recogniser : have the message, Not available in the marketplace

Hi,

I want to try form recogniser with my azure account. When i click try, it redierct to the marketplace and the message is (French) :

I'm from Quebec, Canada.

Is this service available in canada ? what i must do in order to try it ?
