DPM 2019 - Replica is inconsistent

I have DPM 2019 setup and installed on a Server 2019 standard box. I have it connected through iSCSI to our QNAP and it has roughly 14TB of space available to it. I was setting up, for the first time today, backups through DPM to go to that QNAP but some of the protection items I set up are listed as ok but many are listed as Replica is Inconsistent. The ones that are coming up as inconsistent are any of the BMR/System State backups I have set up a few, but not all, virtual machines and a couple but not all SQL databases.
This is testing what we can get and what we can restore. For the SQL backup, I am pointing to one SQL server and backing up all db's in there out of 8 db's, all but 2 say ok and with the two saying replica is inconsistent.
Protection group 2 is a server that I am trying to do a BMR/System State backup, file backups of the D and E drives and VMM backups of 2 separate VMM's. The drive backups show fine but the rest show Replica is inconsistent.
Protection group 3 is a server that I am trying to do a BMR/System State backup, and backup 5 VMM's. All the VMM's show ok but the BMR/System State show Replica is inconsistent.
I have been searching all afternoon for an answer to these replica is inconsistent message and having a hard time finding an answer. Any suggestion on where to look and what to look for to see what is really causing the problem? When I look at the Event viewer on the DPM server and look up some of the errors, the ones I have pulled up say Unknown error.
