Unable to signup to Azure with error code AADSTS90015

On signup to Azure account, while signin to Zoho it shows me an error page in microsoftonline.com like "Unfortunately we cannot register you." with an error code "AADSTS90015" shows like "Request query string is too long".

    Hi Samuel,

    A lot of Microsoft services go through login.microsoftonline.com. If you've logged into these services via many accounts, there's a lot of accumulated cookies.

    If there are too many cookies in the header request, they will likely cause the request to fail.

    Try clearing you cookies and then logging in again.
