office 365 on RDS how to configure RTL for all users

Hello,

I've get a strange request from our client, we've RDS farm which build of 4 RDSH 2019, and office 365 apps for enterprise.

client want to configure for all office apps word, outlook Right-to-Left configuration by default.

Does anyone know how this can be implement or registry location of this configuration?

    How did you want to set the Right to Left setting in Word and Outlook?
    As far as I know, you can install the specific language to keep Office type text from Right to Left:

    Or you need to set the paragraph align settings, you can try to set the Word normal.dotm settings and check if it will help you.

    The final result has to be like that.
    when user open new email and goes down to write content, by default text direction has to be from Right-To-Left

    I understood and how to change it in outlook?
    there is other way? to do it by registry or policy cause it's RDS servers and there is hundred users
