i can't access my microsoft professional account

Question

I have a free microsot professional account, I use it for microsoft teams, it has two-step verification enabled.
I also have a free microsoft account, both with the same email.

The problem comes that in the android application microsoft authenticator when I try to log in and it asks me to approve the login request, it tells me that the notification is for an account that is no longer available that I may have to add it again . But will not let me or let me put it but that message keeps getting.
I have tried many things but I always end up that microsoft authenticator has to approve me. I am able to enter the professional account in the configuration options but when I want to update the security information, it asks for the approval of microsoft authenticator.

I have disabled two-step authentication on the personal account.

And all the trouble comes because I was using Microsoft Teams with my professional account, because it gives me more configuration options than the free one, and a different company added me as a member to hold some meetings, here I was forced in some way to download the Microsoft authenticator application and the problem has already started. Now when I enter my professional account in teams it tells me that I do not have access to the organizations where I was.

I don't know what to do anymore, any ideas? Thanks a lot

If you have same email for both work and personal accounts then you should add another email to your personal account and then delete the email that common with your work account.

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form
