Shared capabilties not working for shared disk P30

I have created a Premium SSD P30 for enabling the shared disk ((Premium SSD LRS - 1024 GiB)) usage on 5 VMs(as WVD) I want to utilize the shared capabilities and expect to create folder for each user which can be accessed over all VMs. While I have created and attached the disk to 5 VMs, it asks to setup the disk in Disk manager and initialize the disk prior to usage ? It appears that the disks are now available but I can't see them being shared as the contents I created on from VM1 on the Shared disk are unavailable on VM2. Please advise if I am missing any option.(it appears like different disks are associated however from the portal I can confirm all the disks are associated to respective VMs - It says managed for 5 Vms)
Please advise if some config needs to be enabled.

    Hi @Kaushik ,

which OS is installed on the 5 WVD VMs?

Please take a look here for shared disk supported Windows OS (Windows Server 2008 and newer): https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/disks-shared#windows

    Hi @Kaushik ,

based on the link I posted before I doubt shared disks are supported by Windows 10 - multisession.
