Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'FrameRequestStart' of null

Question

Hi,
I have Sharepoint 2019 on prem working with office online server. On occasion, when I try to open PDF document from SP using OOS in an IFrame, error occurs:

After clicking the restart button document displays properly. I investigated OOS logs on a server, and found this message correlated with the error window attached above:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'FrameRequestStart' of null

What could be the reason behind this error?

Hi @Mateusz Rusek ,
Did this only appear when opened PDF files? How about opening Word format files?
Did you change the browser and check the result?
I suggest you open browser and when the error appear press F12 and check if you can get any detail error information.
