As far as I understand it, when Azure is taking back an instance, a notification is sent through the Scheduled Events API (only accessible with the VM itself) and then VM is terminated.
Which manual process is the most similar to this? Would going into the VM or VM Scale set to manually stop/delete it trigger the same sort of flow?
