Unable to install .NET Framework 4.8 on windows server 2016, also unable to manually install it

系统中有软件需要.NET Framework 4.8，我在官网下了.NET Framework 4.8的安装程序安装不了，日志提示是：“Final Result: Installation failed with error code: (0x80092004), "找不到对象或属性。” 根据论坛别人的做法，把 KB4486129 更新卸载了，手动下载了：【适用于 Windows 10 Version 1607 和基于 x64 系统的 Windows Server 2016 的 Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 (KB4486129)】这个更新但是安装不了，显示下列更新未安装【KB4486129】。重启也不行。

    To fix the problem of installing .NET Framework 4.8 on Win2016, you're recommended to download and run .NET Framework Repair Tool (It doesn't say Windows Server 2016 but no worries, just need it to check the required registry keys are present) and then run the "System File Checker" by running "sfc /scannow" in elevated Command Prompt (i.e.: Run as Administrator) This is because .NET Framework is one of the system component in Win2016.
