Dear Support,

We have a user in our company who is having this weird issue.
When he tries to print any Office File like excel or word etc it goes to "Not responding State" and accessing printer status, meanwhile his cpu usage or disak usage one or other goes high around 94% or 95%. It gives error like. I am sharing two scsreenshots:

    @Seema Kanwal Gurmani

    Please go to Event Viewer > Windows logs > Application, check whether there is any events realted to this issue.
    Then I sugget you go to Excel and other Office apps > File > Options > Add-ins, Manager Add-ins > Go, clear the check boxes for any enabled COM add-ins, select OK.

    It's recommended to use the same printer to print other files, such as .txt files to have a check.
    Besides, if the default printer set to be "Microsoft Print to PDF", please check whether this issue would be reproduced when printing Office files as PDFs.
    I would also suggest you re-install or update the Printer driver.

    Any updates, you may post back.
