2021-08-06T03:11:49.783+00:00 Please go to Event Viewer > Windows logs > Application, check whether there is any events realted to this issue.
Then I sugget you go to Excel and other Office apps > File > Options > Add-ins, Manager Add-ins > Go, clear the check boxes for any enabled COM add-ins, select OK.It's recommended to use the same printer to print other files, such as .txt files to have a check.
Besides, if the default printer set to be "Microsoft Print to PDF", please check whether this issue would be reproduced when printing Office files as PDFs.
I would also suggest you re-install or update the Printer driver.Any updates, you may post back.
