Sudden DNS issues

Hello All,

Today we are facing strange issue suddenly,

we are unable to do nslookup on any of my client machines and below is the error.

Below is my client network settings,

Same happens in all client machines and we are unable to resolve internal websites as dns not resolving.

We have multiple sites and each site have DC and it is also act as a primary DNS server at respective site.

We have not done any changes in DNS server settings and no errors in DNS event logs.
