Reply all hyperlink via html code

Hi All,

Currently, I have have a HTML code below:

This is an HTML code for reply automatically but I must setup email addresses in "mailto", "CC" and Subject manually. So, I wonder there is anyway to perform this automatically or not because I want to add few words before old subject.
I can not use vba because this code will be run from my customers and I'm not allowed to remote by them. I just can ask them click my hyperlink to reply .
Please give me some ideas.

Based on my knowledge, Outlook do not have such options or workarounds to achieve effects like automatically fill the information in the mailto link. Though you mentioned that script is not able to be used, but if you do still would like this feature, I'm afraid scripts might be the only possible workaround.

Please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client and know little about script development.
