QnA CORS runtime issue

Question

On QnA , I am not able to test any query. Getting errors as:

1. Access denied Please check if QnA Maker App service's CORS settings allow https://www.qnamaker.ai or if there are any organization specific network restrictions.
2. QnA Maker runtime error
   Runtime unavailable. Please check that the App Service resource in your QnA Maker service is up and running.

We have tried adding * to domains of CORS policy.
