Will get presence API calls work for Skype for Business on-prem?

I want to use the following API call (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/skype-sdk/ucwa/getpresencedataofacontact) for Skype for Business 2016 on-prem. Will I be able to access the web interface on the on-prem server?
