Use Media Services to deliver DRM licenses or AES keys with v3

Hi,
In this old v2 example, one could have the encryption on an external system.
Is there an example/sample of how to only store keys and retrieve the licenses on v3?

I see the need for StreamingLocators with URL endpoints, but the API is a bit cumbersome and not easy to understand.

    The v3 API no longer supports external DRM encryption systems. This feature is being deprecated in the v2 API.
    In the v3 API, the streaming, encryption and license delivery is integrated into AMS only.
