Hi @Yakup Akpınar ,
- After completed Export I attach pst to Outlook but ı cant see my created folders under inbox.
I tried export from Eac and Shell.
In case the issue is with any customized view settings in Outlook client, I'd suggest clicking View > Reset View in Outlook and see if the folders can show up.
If it doesn't work and the issue is only affecting subfolders under Inbox, you can try exporting mails from the user's Inbox only using the command below, then open the file in Outlook and check the result:
New-MailboxExportRequest -Mailbox <MailboxIdentity> -IncludeFolders "#Inbox#" -FilePath <sharedpath>
- I am checking user mailbox from EAC mailbox size seeing 3-4 GB. But When completed pst Export pst size about 15-20 GB sometimes 100-120 GB.
By this, do you mean for the same mailbox, the size of the exported PST files are different?
If the reported mailbox size in EAC is 3-4GB, sometimes it could be an expected behavior that the exported PST file size can reach 15-20GB. This is related to the difference of how mails are stored in mailbox database and in PST files. Here's a thread which discusses a similar topic for your reference: Online Archiving into PST took too much space.
But 100-120 GB is way too large and seems abnormal. Did you encounter any error during the mailbox export procedure?
