availability state 0/2/3/4 values for SCCM

SCOM monitors the availability state registry values and alerts if its not a 0. 2 or 3 or 4 all will trigger an alert. I am looking to understand what 2/3/4 mean. I assume 0 is healthy.

We are getting an alert on a passive node and the registry show a 4.
