flexible task duration in microsoft project

Hello
I have some tasks that don't have fixed duration time but a portion of the total project for example task A 5 % and task B 25% etc.. So if I assign the total two days of 8 hours for it the second Task B duration must be 0.25*2*8 hours and it will be 4 hours.
Is is possible to assign a portion of total project duration to each task instead of fixed duration?
