I am trying to properly troubleshoot and assist a user with the following scenario. Note that MS Auth App deployment is not fully deployed and we are only have user register. I'm looking for links and guidance on how to troubleshoot.
"I have restarted my phone & I still have the issue. Biometrics in this case is a fingerprint that I use to open my phone. I have had no issues with it elsewhere, but I will look to see if it needs anything for this particular app.
The 'Something went wrong. Please try again later' message shows up on my mobile device (Pixel 3a) and no changes occur on my laptop screen it just shows the double digit number that I'm to match with the options the app presents.
I uninstalled & reinstalled the app. Biometric fingerprint lock enabled to test that it worked in the app & it does. However, when I select the matching double digit from my laptop screen & it asks for my fingerprint on my mobile device, it processes it, and gives me the Something Went Wrong still. I have rebooted the mobile device after the reinstall & no change."
