Azure portal does not load and I get the error page

It's been 2 days that I can not open the Azure Portal and I don't know what to do, where is the support page or whatever?
I don't have any paid plans for Azure, I am just studying for the AZ-204 exam and I can't try out things because of this.
I called the phone support but seems like that if you don't pay for a premium support plan you can't get any type of support and the best I can do looks like it's to ask here.
It is not a browser issue, I tried with private windows and other browsers, always the same error.
What am I supposed to do now?
