Hello,

I have currently MEMCM 2103 + KB10036164 installed.
I started the download of MEMCM 2107 but it failed. When checking dmpdownloader.log it shows:

    Hi, @Dominique DUCHEMIN
    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    I saw you have asked the same question last year, and you accepted an answer that solved it by allowing firewall to inspect the traffic so that it initiates the connection on behalf of the Configuration Manager server using TLS 1.2. Doesn't it work for you now?

    Hi, @Dominique DUCHEMIN

    If .NET Framework updates are installed, set the following registry values, and then restart the computer:

    Subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft.NETFramework\v4.0.30319

    Values:
    SystemDefaultTlsVersions = DWORD:00000001
    SchUseStrongCrypto = DWORD:00000001

    Please refer to this article for more details:

    Hi, @Dominique DUCHEMIN

    Starting in version 2107, Configuration Manager requires Microsoft .NET Framework version 4.6.2 for site servers, specific site systems, clients, and the console. If possible in your environment, install the latest version of .NET version 4.8.
    What's the .net Framework version are you using?

    Also, update the value "SystemDefaultTlsVersions" and "SchUseStrongCrypto" for v2.0.50727.

    Hi,@Dominique DUCHEMIN

    I found below in an article:
    The SCCM site system can't download version 2107 or later unless your network allows traffic to the URL configmgrbits.azureedge.net.

    Hi, @Dominique DUCHEMIN

    This is the message in your dmpdownloader.log in your original post:

    Redirected to URL https://configmgrbits.azureedge.net/adminuicontent/ConfigMgr.AdminUIContent.cab SMS_DMP_DOWNLOADER 8/25/2021 3:38:41 PM 17400 (0x43F8)

    Admin UI content is the Configuration Manager Console, you may try to access it manually to see how does it fail.

    I check the thread you post last year, in that log, the message is:
    Redirected to URL https://<sccm_site_server>/adminuicontent/ConfigMgr.AdminUIContent.cab
    So the source to get AdminUIContent.cab is different.
