GitHub Actions 403s When Deploying After Setting User Scope FTPS Credentials

Hi!

The default username for the user scope FTPS credentials was blank so I defined one under the deployment center of the web app service page to use when connecting with Filezilla, but now the GitHub Actions workflow fails with

Error: Failed to deploy web package to App Service.
Error: Deployment Failed with Error: Error: Failed to deploy web package to App Service.
Ip Forbidden (CODE: 403)

I haven't changed any other settings since. Any ideas?

@Chris Babayans Thanks for reaching out. Could you please confirm if your app has any access restrictions configured?

To verify, you can either check the access restrictions config under the Networking blade of your app on the Azure portal, or head over to: Diagnose and solve problems > Configuration and Management > Which client IPs got rejected due to IP restriction?
