Hello

The log of the newly connected device is not displayed on the device screen of Azure Active Directory.
I would like to check it regularly as an audit log, but please let me know if there is a way to display it.

    @san I tested your scenario to see what might be happening when a user logs into teams app, the Microsoft office suit apps prompts the user to allow them to manage the device on which they are trying to sign into, they will see a prompt like this :

    128147-image.png

    If the user clicked on OK (which most users do) the device gets Automatically registered to Azure AD. In my case it was instant within few seconds.

    Azure AD use the device to implement Conditional access (use device authentication) if any and also to maintain single sign on for the device.
    If your device had some delay, the event logs under User Device Registration (Event Viewer -> Applications And Service Logs -> Microsoft -> Windows ->User Device Registration) might tell what was happening, under normal condition, it is instant.

    @san A new Device might take few minutes before it shows up. Can you help us with more details as in what kind of device this was ? Android, IOS, Windows ?
    Also how did you registered it with Azure AD.

    IF you are doing that for a windows device, you can follow this guide to check how to get it register and how to verify further :
    For personal Devices : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/user-help/user-help-register-device-on-network
    For work devices : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/user-help/user-help-join-device-on-network

    Let us know accordingly so that we can help.

    @VipulSparsh-MSFT

    Thank you for your reply. I'm happy.

    I have not registered the device as described in the URL I received.
    However, if you log in to Teams using your Microsoft 365 account, you'll see your device name in your Azure Active Directory Device.
    The auditor asked me to make sure that the connected device was only authenticated, but I was wondering because it didn't show up in the Device in Azure Active Directory after 3 days.

    @VipulSparsh-MSFT

    Thank you very much.

    By re-registering, I was able to confirm the device safely.
    Thank you very much for your answer.
