Trouble running ACI in west germany

Hi,
I am trying to run a container instance in West Germany Central and am having a confusing issue with it.
I can successfully run the container if I run an image with a certain command override (docker entrypoint), but the deployment fails entirely with the exact same image and container specs, but with a different entrypoint, quoting issue for example "Resource not available in region 1vcpu, 1gb, Linux OS".
The image runs successfully in both entrypoint specs in all other regions but Germany. In Germany, only one entrypoint seems to work, and I'm at a loss as to how the entrpoint could be interacting with region resource availability at all.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue that may be able to provide some solutions?
